Anssi has been working at the Finnish Coast Guard as a licensed flight and maintenance technician with SAR helicopters and served as a commercial pilot for Finnair flying passengers and cargo all around the globe for 27 years before retiring at 2016. Anssi is still flying and maintains a PPL seaplane rating.

Kari has been working successfully as an enterpriser, in addition to various technical and, business economic management positions in the industry, both in Finland and abroad. He has more than 30 years of work experience in polymers, composites, and lightweight structures, of which more than 10 years in civil and military aviation.

Kari has good engineering skills and has demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry. He has a practical knowledge of Atol Aurora-amphibian. Kari is also a seaplane-rated private pilot.

Juha Koskinen has extensive experience in CAD/CAM engineering and in leading a corporate and engineering organisation. He is JAR21 (EASA Joint Aviation Requirements-21) qualified and has aviation experience. He is overseeing Atol Aurora certification and test flight programme.

Juha has a long aviation career, proven skills from the military aviation and aerospace industry, and good mechanical skills. Currently, Juha is in charge of manufacturing personnel and daily production at the Halli factory.

Andreas has a long and versatile career in the military aviation and aerospace industry, in many different roles, such as mechanic, technician, training manager, business area manager, and business portfolio director. Andreas manages procurement, logistics, and subcontracted manufacturing at the Halli factory.
Quality Manager

Mikko is involved in flight testing, quality management, safety management, and design. He is a former military aviator, graduate of the USNTPS fixed wing curriculum holding a doctor’s degree in physics, member of the Experimental Aircraft Association and in his private life also a passionate aviation enthusiast. Besides flying, he enjoys windsurfing, cycling, hitting the gym, and skiing.
